Unlocking the Power of the New QuickBooks Intuit Platform

Your Guide to the Latest Features and AI Agents

At Baldwin CPAs, we’re committed to helping you stay ahead of the curve, and QuickBooks is making that easier than ever. With the latest updates for 2025, QuickBooks has transformed into a smarter, more connected platform designed to save you time and boost your productivity.

Whether you're a seasoned user or just getting started, here’s what you need to know about the new experience.

A Smarter, Connected Platform

QuickBooks now brings together essential business tools in one place, powered by Intuit’s AI agents. These agents work under your guidance to automate routine tasks while keeping you in control. From categorizing transactions to reconciling accounts, the platform is designed to help you focus on what matters most: growing your business.

Meet Your Virtual Team: AI Agents

QuickBooks introduces a suite of AI agents tailored to different business functions:

  • Accounting Agent: Automatically categorizes transactions, detects anomalies, and reconciles accounts.
  • Payments Agent: Drafts polished invoices and estimates, identifies overdue payments, and sends reminders.
  • Customer Agent (Beta): Helps source leads, draft personalized emails, and track customer opportunities.
  • Finance Agent (Beta): Analyzes financial data, creates forecasts, and highlights variances.
  • Project Management Agent (Coming Soon): Streamlines the bid-to-profit cycle and monitors profitability.
  • Payroll Agent (Coming Soon): Manages payroll proactively and accurately.
  • Analytics Agent (Coming Soon): Delivers business intelligence insights and on-demand reporting.

These agents collaborate across workflows and learn from your interactions to serve you better.

Enhanced Features That Work for You

Here are some of the most impactful updates:

  • Business Feed: See a summary of work performed by AI agents and automation features.
  • Improved Insights & Reporting: Customizable dashboards, P&L and balance sheet insights, and Bill Pay Basic integration.
  • Smart Search: Unified search across transactions, reports, and help articles.
  • Customer Hub: CRM functionality to help drive leads and close deals.
