A New Era for Client Service: Exploring Keeper’s Portal Features

Big changes are on the way! The Elevate Department is preparing to launch a new software platform known as Keeper. Keeper is designed to enhance communication and improve workflow efficiency. This transition will not only support our internal team but will also provide considerable benefits to our clients. Long gone are the days of endless emails back and forth. The Elevate client portal will allow for streamlined information sharing all in one place.

 

Why will clients love Keeper?

Keeper offers several advantages for clients, including QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration, enhanced information exchange between clients and staff, advanced reporting features, and a user-friendly interface.

  • Keeper provides a secure portal for client communication and document sharing.
    • Clients can access the Elevate portal via a magic link, eliminating the need for passwords.
    • Documents may be uploaded directly through the Elevate Client portal, which is more secure than traditional emailing due to Keeper’s end-to-end encryption.
    • The platform allows clients to review and respond to staff inquiries, as well as initiate questions, ensuring all communications are accessible in one central location.
    • Weekly automated reminders prompt clients to address outstanding questions.
  • Keeper integrates with QuickBooks Online (QBO) instantaneously.
    • Changes made in Keeper are immediately reflected in QBO and vice versa. So, there is no duplication of work if we need to change items at your suggestions.
    • We can send transaction-specific questions to your portal for quick and easy identification.
  • Access easy to read reports from your client portal. Keeper will give you a snapshot of your financial information.

The Elevate Department will begin rolling out Keeper over the next couple of months. Be on the lookout for an invitation from your accounting specialist to join your customized portal.
