Big changes are on the way! The Elevate Department is preparing to launch a new software platform known as Double. Double is designed to enhance communication and improve workflow efficiency. This transition will not only support our internal team but will also provide considerable benefits to our clients. Long gone are the days of endless emails back and forth. The Elevate client portal will allow for streamlined information sharing all in one place.
Double offers several advantages for clients, including QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration, enhanced information exchange between clients and staff, advanced reporting features, and a user-friendly interface.
The Elevate Department will begin rolling out Double over the next couple of months. Be on the lookout for an invitation from your accounting specialist to join your customized portal. We are excited to be improving the overall collaborative experience through Double and that we are enabling smooth communication between our team and clients.
