Using our Secure Online Access

We are committed to helping each of our clients succeed. For this reason our employees attend specialized classes and conferences to keep up-to-date with the latest audit, accounting, and tax requirements.

Tax returns and documents may be submitted to clients via our Secure Online Access. We primarily use the Secure Online Access to transmit individual tax returns to clients. Clients who opt to use our Secure Online Access have their returns available to them as soon as they are signed and filed.

If your individual return has been sent to our Secure Online Access, you may access your return at any time. The following instructions have been provided for ease of service.

* You will receive an e-mail sent to the e-mail address you provided when you signed up for the Secure Online Access. These e-mails usually arrive in 2-5 business days after your return was signed. The e-mail will contain information needed to access your information.

* After you receive your information e-mail, go to our Web site: and click on the "Secure Client Login" link to the left of any page on our site.

* Your Client ID will be provided in the e-mail you received.

* Your password will be the 9 digits in your Social Security Number + the 5 digits in your zip code. (For example: 100203000+40475) You must type the "+" sign too, or the password will be incorrect.

* Then click Login.
