Baldwin CPAs Merges with Eldridge, Jackson & Leedy, PLLC

Richmond, KY - June 18, 2015 Richmond-based accounting firm Baldwin CPAs has announced a merger with Eldridge, Jackson & Leedy, PLLC, a professional services firm located in Flemingsburg, KY. The combined firm will retain the Baldwin CPAs name. The merger will add 11 employees- including three partners- to Baldwin CPAs for a total of 39 Baldwin employees. 

With five locations and a secure web portal for its clients, Baldwin CPAs provides accounting, tax planning, business valuation, and a variety of other services to businesses and individuals in central Kentucky. 

“We’re excited to welcome Eldridge, Jackson & Leedy, PLLC as we see a great synergy between the two that will allow us to better serve the current and future clients of both firms,” said Alan Long, CPA, CITP, CGMA, Managing Member of Baldwin CPAs.

The merger was effective June 1, 2015, and the firm will maintain offices in Richmond, Flemingsburg, Louisville, Maysville and Lexington.

Baldwin CPAs’ services include, but are not limited to, accounting for businesses and individuals, bookkeeping and payroll, tax planning and preparation, audits, business valuations, certified fraud examinations, forensic accounting and litigation services, employee benefit plan audits and wealth services.
