Baldwin began serving the City of Russell Springs in 2002.  Since that date, many improvements have been made to the accounting system upon the advice of Kenny Keener.  Baldwin has reassessed checks and balances, new accounts are established as needed and assistance is provided for the MD&A (Management’s Discussion and Analysis).  Kenny Keener and staff members are very thorough, but courteous in their requests.  They offer support throughout the year.
