Tiffany Sokolowski joined Baldwin & Associates in October 2007, as the Director of Marketing.  She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in English with emphasis in Writing in December 2005.  She is Editor in Chief Emeritus for the Patriot Newspaper at the University of the Cumberlands, and worked in the Administrative field throughout her college career.

Originally from Louisville, Tiffany relocated to Madison County in January of 2006.  She and her husband Eric currently reside in Berea.

Penny Damrell joined the firm in September 2007, as the firm's Adminstrative Assistant.  She attended Somerset State Vocational-Technical College and completed the two year program.  Penny has more than 17 years experience in Administrative Services.

Penny is originally from Sidney, Ohio, and Somerset, Ky.  She currently resides in Berea with her husband Sammy.

Brooke Lippert joined the firm in March 2008. She began her adventure with Baldwin & Associates as a tax processor and is currently the firm's receptionist. Brooke is in the process of finishing her undergraduate studies.

Originally from Wauseon, Ohio, Brooke currently lives in Madison County.
