Penny Damrell joined the firm in September 2007. She is the Director of Firm Operations. Penny attended Somerset State Vocational-Technical College and completed the two year program.  Penny has more than 17 years experience in Administrative Services.

Penny is originally from Sidney, Ohio, and Somerset, Ky.  She currently resides in Berea with her husband Sammy.

Tiffany Sokolowski joined Baldwin October 2007 and is the firm's Director of Marketing.  She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in English with emphasis in Writing in December 2005.  She is Editor-in-Chief Emeritus for the Patriot Newspaper at the University of the Cumberlands and worked in the Administrative field throughout her college career.  Tiffany is also a Charter Member of the Young Professional Ambassadors of Women Leading Kentucky.

Originally from Louisville, Tiffany relocated to Madison County in January of 2006.  She and her husband Eric currently reside in Berea.

Kendra Tincher joined the firm in January 2011 and is the Director of First Impressions in our London office. She received her Associates Degree in Applied Science with a Certification in Hospitality Management in May of 2008.

Kendra is originally from Somerset, KY, but currently resides in London, KY, with her husband James.
