Terri Alter joined Baldwin & Associates, PLLC, in July 2007, as a bookkeeper. She currently handles payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, payroll processing and other bookkeeping tasks. Terri received her Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Accounting in December 2005, from Eastern Kentucky University. While at Eastern, Terri was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. She is originally from Fort Wayne, Ind., and now resides in Richmond. |

Paul R. Branham, CPA joined Baldwin & Associates, PLLC, in July, 2004. He comes to the firm with a long background in accounting and the CPA field. Graduating from Morehead State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with Distinction in 1966, he began working for a local CPA in Paintsville, Ky. He obtained his CPA certificate in September 1970. His experience includes tax preparation and planning, accounting, auditing, consulting to clients in the fields of mining, oil and gas exploration, non-profits, governments, construction, professionals, retail, wholesale, manufacturing and a variety of small businesses. As a controller for a medium-sized coal mining company and a state university, he has gained experience from the perspective of the operations of a business by corporate and governmental officers and staff.
He lives in Versailles with his wife Debbie. They are the proud parents and grandparents of five children, Lynda, Jason , Jordan , Justin, Joshua, and six grandchildren, Ashley, Tyler, Courtney, Samantha, Naomi and Molly. |

Sara Beth Clements joined the firm of Baldwin & Associates in February 2008. She will complete her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University in December 2008. Sara is a member of the Delta Epsilon Iota National Honor Society, a student member of KYCPA and AICPA. Prior to joining the firm, Sara worked in customer service with Chase Bank. She and her husband Ryan live in Berea. |

Linda J. Dumbris is an accountant. She graduated magna cum laude with a Baccalaureate of Arts from Seton Hill College in Greensburg, Penn. Linda has 16 years of experience working in the tax department of various firms. Her expertise extends to preparing individual, partnership, S-Corporations, gift tax and multi-state returns as well as electronic filing. Farms, professional offices, rental property, construction and commercial establishments are among the many types of businesses that she has experience with. She is a Professional Associate member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. |

Bill Foster joined Baldwin & Associates, PLLC, in 2000, after retiring from United Parcel Service with 32 years of service. He graduated with distinction with Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 1994, while still employed full-time with UPS. His main responsibility is tax preparation. Bill and his wife Glenda live in Lexington. |

Charlotte L. Hackworth joined Baldwin & Associates, PLLC, in September 2000. She received her certification from H&R Block in 1994 for individual tax preparation. She is also responsible for various payrolls, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax returns. Charlotte is a life-time resident of Richmond. |

Kenny Keener, CPA, joined Baldwin & Associates, PLLC, in June of 2003. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. Kenny worked for Kentucky River Foothills Development Counsel of Richmond, Ky., from 2000 to 2003. He received his CPA certificate in July of 2004. Kenny is a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs and AICPA. Kenny resides in Berea with his wife, Kelly and son, Nolan. |

Kara Lane joined the staff of Baldwin & Associates, PLLC in November 2006 as an accounting intern. She received her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University in May 2008. She was co-Vice President of Eastern's Accounting Society and Vice President of Finance for her sorority, Alpha Gamma Delta. Kara is a staff accountant for the firm and is currently studying for the CPA examination. Kara is a lifelong resident of Portage, Ind., and now resides in Richmond. |

Glenda McQuerry joined Baldwin & Associates, PLLC, in 2006 on a part-time basis. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping, sales tax, and payroll tax returns. She attended Eastern Kentucky University majoring in accounting. Glenda and her husband, Herlin, live in Paint Lick, Ky. |

Susan Meeks joined Baldwin & Associates, PLLC, as a staff accountant in October 2006. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in December 2006 with a Certificate of Accounting. She received her CPA license in February 2008. Susan is originally from Somerset, Ky., but now resides in Berea with her husband, Jason and thier daughter, Jessica. |

Tammy L. Morgeson is presently working on an accounting degree at Eastern Kentucky University. She joined the firm August 2001. She has worked in the accounting field over the last 4 years. She currently does bookkeeping and write up services for various clients. She also does most of the firms Quickbooks and Cyma software support and training. She lives in Richmond with her husband, Joe, son, Zack and daughter, Chelsey. |

Brenna Richardson Prater, CPA, originally joined the staff of Baldwin & Associates, PLLC, in December 1998. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in August 1995 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Brenna is a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs and AICPA. She currently resides in Richmond with her husband David. |

Libby Roberts Upchurch is a staff accountant with Baldwin & Associates, PLLC. She has 26 years of experience in public accounting. A life-long resident of Richmond, Libby graduated with high distinction from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1979. Libby resides in Richmond with her husband, Billy and son, Chris. |
