Chelsea Amburgey joined Baldwin in May 2008 as an intern. She graduated in December 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University. Courtney Brown, CPA joined the firm in November 2008. He worked with Baldwin, Upchurch & Foley from 1999 to 2004, then Madison Bank until he joined the Baldwin staff. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Accounting in December 2000, and went on to complete his CPA certificate in October 2003. Courtney is a supervisor and primarily works on audits and reviews. Courtney works primarily in our Richmond office. Linda J. Dumbris is an accountant. She graduated magna cum laude with a Baccalaureate of Arts from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Penn. Linda has 22 years of experience working in the tax department of various firms. Her expertise extends to preparing individual, partnership, S-Corporations, gift tax and multi-state returns. Farms, professional offices, rental property, construction and commercial establishments are among the many types of businesses that she has experience with. Elizabeth Engle, CPA has been employed with Baldwin January 2005. She graduated from Union College in Barbourville, Ky., in 1982 with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Accounting, summa cum laude in three years. She then went on to complete her CPA certificate in 1986. Elizabeth has been preparing tax returns since she was a junior in high school and primarily works on corporate and individual returns. Tammy L. Morgeson joined the firm in August 2001, and completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Accounting in December 2008. She has worked in the accounting field over the last 11 years. She is the Bookeeping Supervisor and currently does bookkeeping and write-up services for various clients. She also does most of the firm's Quickbooks and Cyma software support and training. She has currently passed two sections of the CPA examination and is preparing for the final two sections.
