Angela Brown, CPA, CFE, joined the firm in January 2012. Angela is a staff accountant with Baldwin and is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. She is a member of the AICPA and the Kentucky Society of CPAs. She is a member of the Central Kentucky Chapter of the Association of Government Accountants and currently serves as their Early Careers Director. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She works primarily out of our Richmond office. Angela and her husband Jeremy reside in Frankfort, Ky. with their son Chris.

Heather Culp joined the firm in October 2009 and is Bookkeeper in our Maysville office. She has her Associates Degree in Applied Science with an Accounting Option.
Heather is originally from Dayton, Ohio, but currently resides with her husband Greg in Maysville, Ky., with their children Chace, Dalton and Cassidy.

Diana Dials is a Staff Accountant with the firm and has been with us since 1991. She graduated from Mason County High School in May 1990, and has made a career out of public accounting. Diana works primarily in our Maysville office.

Judy Dixon joined Baldwin in August 1987. She attended Kentucky College of Business. She originally started in the firm as secretary/bookkeeper. Since 1989, she has worked as a bookkeeper in charge of various client's bookkeeping, payrolls, payroll tax returns, and other client related matters. Judy works primarily in our Richmond office.

Linda J. Dumbris is an accountant. She graduated magna cum laude with a Baccalaureate of Arts from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Penn. Linda has 22 years of experience working in the tax department of various firms. Her expertise extends to preparing individual, partnership, S-Corporations, gift tax and multi-state returns. Farms, professional offices, rental property, construction and commercial establishments are among the many types of businesses that she has experience with. She is a Professional Associate member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Elizabeth Engle, CPA has been employed with Baldwin since January 2005. She graduated from Union College in Barbourville, Ky., in 1982 with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Accounting, summa cum laude in three years. She then went on to complete her CPA certificate in 1986. Elizabeth has been preparing tax returns since she was a junior in high school and primarily works on corporate and individual returns. Elizabeth works primarily in our Richmond office.
Elizabeth resides in Richmond with her husband, Dr. Allen Engle, Sr., and children, Kathryn, Caroline and Bud.

Charlotte L. Hackworth joined Baldwin, in September 2000. She received her certification from H&R Block in 1994 for individual tax preparation. She is also responsible for various payrolls, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax returns. Charlotte works primarily in our Richmond office.
Charlotte is a lifetime resident of Richmond and has one son, Michael.

Kenny Keener, CPA, joined Baldwin in June of 2003. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. Kenny received his CPA certificate in July of 2004. Kenny is a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs, AICPA and KyCPA Leadership Council. Kenny works primarily in our Richmond office as a Manager.

Vickie Tischendorf, CPA is a native of Richmond, Kentucky and graduated from Madison Central High School. She completed two years of her college education at Eastern Kentucky University and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Montana State University in 1993. She earned her CPA certificate in 1995 and has 17 years experience as a certified public accountant. Vickie has resided in Montana for the past 21 years and recently relocated to Richmond to be closer to her family. Vickie is employed at Baldwin CPAs, PLLC as an audit manager.
