G. Alan Long, CPA, is the managing member of Baldwin. Alan received his accounting degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 1979 and was certified in 1981. He is past President of the Kentucky Society of CPAs and was the past chair of the Education Foundation and Secretary/Treasurer for the Society. He is a past member of the AICPA Peer Review Board and past member of the Leadership Council of AICPA. Alan is an Instructor for Continuing Education Classes for the AICPA & Thomson Reuters. He received the 2005 Distinguished Alumnus Award from the School of Business & Technology at EKU.

Robert Abner, CPA, is a member of Baldwin and began his career in public accounting in 1984. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Kentucky Society of CPAs, and various civic and professional organizations. Robert is a current member of the Government Accounting Committee of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Donnie Cox, CPA, has been in public accounting since 1981. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and various civic and professional organizations. Myron D. Fisher, CPA, is a member of Baldwin. Myron has practiced public accounting for over 20 years. He is a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs and is the Chair of the Peer Review Committee of the Kentucky Society of CPAs. Myron is also a member of the AICPA and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a BA in Accounting in May of 1989.

Lisa DeVaughn Foley, CPA, is the President of Lisa DeVaughn Foley, PSC (a member of Baldwin). Lisa has been in the field of public accounting for over 16 years. Lisa is a member of the AICPA, Kentucky Society of CPAs and is a past member of the Kentucky Society of CPA's Leadership Council. Billy Upchurch, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, is the President of William W. Upchurch, PSC, (a member of Baldwin).  Billy received his accounting degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 1977, and was certified in 1979.  Billy is proud that he received his training as an accountant from the firm’s namesake, Bobby Baldwin when he first worked for Mr. Baldwin in the late seventies.  Billy is a member of the AICPA and the Kentucky Society of CPAs and is credentialed in business valuations by the AICPA and the National Associations of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).  Billy is also certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA.  He is an active member of the Forensic Accountants Society of North America (FASNA) and serves on its board of directors.  Billy’s past experience includes clients in the construction, manufacturing, restaurant, banking, not-for-profit, insurance, medical and crafts industries.
