Staff   Terri Alter joined Baldwin & Associates, PLLC, in July 2007, as a bookkeeper. She currently handles payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, payroll processing and other bookkeeping tasks. Terri received her Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Accounting in December 2005, from Eastern Kentucky University. While at Eastern, Terri was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. She is originally from Fort Wayne, Ind., and now resides in Richmond. talter@baldwincpas.com   Paul R. Branham, CPA joined Baldwin & Associates, PLLC, in July, 2004.  He comes to the firm with a long background in accounting and the CPA field.  Graduating from Morehead State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with Distinction in 1966, he began working for a local CPA in Paintsville , Ky.  H e obtained his CPA certificate in September 1970. His experience includes tax preparation and planning, accounting, auditing, consulting to clients in the fields of mining, oil and gas exploration, non-profits, governments, construction, professionals, retail, wholesale, manufacturing and a variety of small businesses.  As a controller for a medium-sized coal mining company and a state university, he has gained experience from the perspective of the operations of a business by corporate and governmental officers and staff.    He lives in Versailles with his wife Debbie.  They are the proud parents and grandparents of  five children, Lynda, Jason , Jordan , Justin, Joshua, and six grandchildren, Ashley, Tyler, Courtney, Samantha, Naomi and Molly.     pbranham@baldwincpas.com     Sara Beth Clements joined the firm of Baldwin & Associates in February 2008. She originally started in the firm as secretary/bookkeeper. She lives in Waco. jdixon@baldwincpas.com   Linda J. Dumbris is an accountant. She graduated magna cum laude with a Baccalaureate of Arts from Seton Hill College in Greensburg, Penn. Linda has 16 years of experience working in the tax department of various firms. Her expertise extends to preparing individual, partnership, S-Corporations, gift tax and multi-state returns as well as electronic filing. Farms, professional offices, rental property, construction and commercial establishments are among the many types of businesses that she has experience with. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. Kenny worked for Kentucky River Foothills Development Counsel of Richmond, Ky., from 2000 to 2003.
